Our fully automated production line of 137-meter long is capable of speeds up to 200 meters of carton sheets per minute or about 100 tons a day and programmable from the control room. It is the only machine of its kind in the Middle East that is capable of producing 7 ply/layers carton in one uninterrupted production process.

Alongside our corrugator, four high-speed state of the art “flexo” printers and die cutters give a combined output of 22,000 pieces per hour. This adds advantages of multi-color, high-quality printing, speed and ever-increasing market demand for innovative and timely printing solutions.

A modern lab was created in the heart of the production floor to monitor in-progress production and test all finished products to ensure they match our client’s need.
