Replacement and Return Policy:
We, at www.richlife.com.sa, are interested in providing the utmost reassurance and satisfaction to our customers, and because our products are fresh meat, we cannot accept the return of the order after receiving it, but it can be exchanged after the following condition is met:
1) The replacement request should be made at the moment and time of receiving the request when our representative receives your request with a mention of the reasons for wanting to replace.
Terms of free exchange
Replacement fees, if there is a difference in the type of meat or the weight of the carcass, is only at the expense of the store. As for what was desired by the customer, it is at the expense of the customer.

• Payment Policy:
We provide you with several ways to pay by bank transfer or pay via Mada or Visa without any additional fees
Only the customer has to choose what suits him
• Delivery Policy:
Delivery is free and within 72 hours from order placing time to most cities and governorates of Saudi Arabia to the door of the house and currently we cover the city of Riyadh only
In the event that your governorate is not served by the delivery companies contracting with us, we will communicate with the customer to offer alternative companies and inform the customer of the delivery fees, if any.
